Hot off the heels of the release of his new line of competition ammunition, 18-time Bianchi Cup Champion Doug Koenig has announced a new partnership with popular toolmaker Real Avid.

Maintaining rifles and pistols for the rigors of competitive shooting, as well as prepping firearms for hunts across North America involves many hours at the gun bench. As one of the most successful shooters in the world, Koenig and his new partnership with Real Avid showcases his faith in the company’s products.

“I’m working on my guns all the time. Whether for competition or hunting, having the right tools for the job is a big deal,” said Koenig. “I’m excited about this partnership and adding another ‘tool’ to my arsenal that helps me win. As an insider, I’ve had a look behind the curtain and am really excited about what’s coming next from Real Avid.”

In addition to using Real Avid tools to meticulously maintain his firearms, Koenig will also be providing input on new products.

“We’re proud to partner with Doug and equip him with the highest performing gun tools and maintenance systems in the world,” said Howard Tripp, the chief innovation officer for Real Avid. “We look forward to collaborating on product insights and being a contributor to his winning team.”

Be sure to watch Doug Koenig's Championship Season on the Pursuit Channel, as well as visit the Real Avid website over the coming months, where Koenig will share his methodology on how to become a better DIY firearm enthusiast.
