Team Blaser Shooters Claim Top Titles At 2024 World Skeet Championships

Team Blaser shooters were on fire at the 2024 World Skeet Championships, held at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas, which included the Mini-Worlds on September 27-29, followed by the World Skeet Championships from September 30 to October 5.

To start, John Barnes captured the 2024 World Skeet Champion High Over All title with a score of 498/500. Barnes’ score placed him in a three-way tie for the High Over All title, winning the shoot-off with 20 and a six-target long run.

Additionally, Barnes secured the 2024 World Skeet High All Around title with a score of 596/600, along with winning the Mini-World Doubles Championship.

Rachel Barringer won World Skeet Ladies High Over All Champion with a score of 497/500, along with World Skeet Ladies 12-Gauge Champion, World Skeet Ladies .410 Champion and third place in World Skeet Ladies 28-Gauge. In addition, Barringer landed the Mini-World Ladies High Over All title with a score of 394/400, Mini-World Ladies 28-Gauge Champion, third place for Ladies in Mini-World Doubles and the same ranking in the Mini-World 20-Gauge event.

Melissa Barringer earned Ladies runner-up in World Skeet 12-Gauge event, Mini-World 12-Gauge Ladies Champion, Mini-World 12-Gauge runner-up and Mini-World Doubles Ladies runner-up.

Jason Ward won the World Skeet .410 Championship and was also the World Skeet 12-Gauge East Champion.

Finally, Kaleigh Lawson was the Ladies runner-up in the World Skeet .410 event.
