J.P. Sauer & Sohn has added to its flagship S404 series with the new Synchro XTC carbon-fiber, bolt-action rifle in camouflage green. Weighing 6.1 pounds, this lightweight bolt-action rifle incorporates 270 years of manufacturing knowledge along with 21st century technology.

The hand-laid, carbon-fiber stock includes advanced recoil reduction properties, in addition to a thumbhole and adjustable comb. The cold hammer-forged barrel is fluted for balance and weight reduction. Additionally, the adjustable trigger boasts four different pull weights—from 1.2 pounds to 2.7 pounds. Adjusting to the preferred pull weight is accomplished by using the settings marked with Roman numerals above the trigger.

All S404 rifles are designed and engineered modularly, which allows for easy exchange of bolt heads and barrels for caliber conversions. The S404 Synchro XTC is available in all current calibers in the S404 series.

MSRP: $8,199. Learn more at jpsauer-usa.com.
